Summary[]

Inupi recalls his third year in middle school, when he was released from reform school. Outside, Kokonoi, who is waiting for him, remarks that Inupi is crazy for leaving reform school in his gang uniform. During his time in reform school, the Ninth Generation of the Black Dragons were defeated by the newly-formed Toman. Inupi swears to revive the Black Dragons, as the fate of the Black Dragons was bestowed onto him. Kokonoi tells Inupi that the Black Dragons who told him that have disappeared after the Haitani Brothers came to power. When Kokonoi tells Inupi to stop living in the past and forget about the Black Dragons, Inupi says he will revive the Black Dragons on his own, which compels Kokonoi to help. However, he does not have a plan.

His loss to Taiju Shiba was the first defeat he had ever suffered. Taiju agrees to revive the Black Dragons, on the condition that Inupi and Kokonoi devote their lives to him. With Taiju's intelligence and power, the Black Dragons were revived, more refined than ever.
