"Dawning of a new era" is the ninth chapter of the 12th volume and the 106th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Mikey takes out the charm
To the shock and awe of everyone there, Mikey flies through the air and knocks Taiju unconscious. Mikey says that he decided to go riding with Baji and Shinichiro every Christmas. Takemichi is concerned about Mikey's mental state until Mikey takes out Baji's omamori charm,[2] explaining that when he rides his brother's bike with Baji's charm, it is like they are still there with him. Additionally, Mikey says that those who have passed away, as well as Toman, are always in his heart, strengthening him. Hearing this, Takemichi is sure that Mikey will not turn evil.

Draken defeats the Black Dragons
Mikey prepares to leave the church, telling them to go on a ride, but Taiju, held up by Inupi, tries to prevent them from leaving. He orders Kokonoi to bring in the Black Dragons members from outside,[3] saying that he refuses to lose to anyone. Mikey tells Taiju that the Black Dragons are strong, but they cannot create a new age; although Taiju is strong, he has no heart. Telling Taiju to sit back and watch, Mikey says that Toman will create a new age.[4] Enraged, Taiju repeats his order to Kokonoi, telling him to hurry up, but Kokonoi declares that they have lost. Crawling to the entrance of the church, Taiju finds Draken waiting on the steps, with all the Black Dragons' members defeated on the ground.
