"On my way home" is the seventh chapter of the 13th volume and the 114th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Takemichi thinks of Toman as he time-leaps
Before Takemichi makes his time leap, he tells Naoto to take care of Hina for him. As he time leaps, Takemichi thinks back to the final meeting he had with Mikey, Draken, Chifuyu, Mitsuya, and Hakkai. He tells everyone Baji's final words: Kisaki is the enemy, and Pah-chin will always be the Third Division Captain.[2] Baji treasures Toman's founding members. Takemichi implores them not to forget Baji's goal, telling them to stay strong. To Mikey, he says that he is the one who can create a new age. After Chifuyu tells Takemichi to stop making him cry, Takemichi requests that they take a group photo to commemorate the occasion. Although they are confused as to what occasion it is, they agree.

Mitsuya's funeral picture
After his time leap, Takemichi finds himself at a shrine, meaning that he was able to change the future, as he would have been in jail in the previous future.[3] As he wonders if Hina has been saved, a woman approaches him, remarking that it has been a long time since they last saw each other. She thanks him for coming, and leads him to a line. Takemichi discerns that he is at a funeral, but does not know whose. From the conversation between two of the deceased's sisters, a shocked Takemichi realizes the funeral is for Mitsuya. Entering the temple, he is horrified to find a picture of Mitsuya surrounded by flowers.
