"Last order" is the first chapter of the 14th volume and the 117th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
Takemichi asks Mikey if he has been doing well. Mikey absently replies that he has; Takemichi cries in relief after finding Mikey, who remarks that Takemichi is still a crybaby. Mikey says that he called Takemichi out to the Philippines to ask for a favor. He says coming there made him remember his brother, as well as the Toman of his youth.

Mikey asks why Takemichi left Toman
After seeing him, Takemichi is reassured that Mikey has not changed; he would never kill any of his fellow Toman members.[2] However, Mikey says that Toman has changed; he asks Takemichi why he left Toman, as he wanted Takemichi to stay with him, reminding Takemichi of his request to be scolded, as his brother would have.[3] Though he kept going, Mikey said that he could not stop from losing himself.

Mikey asks Takemichi to kill him
Mikey recalls him trying to stop Takemichi from leaving Toman, but both Draken and Mitsuya believed that Takemichi should go, as Mikey has chosen a violent path for Toman. Although they will devote themselves to Mikey, they do not want Takemichi to become like them, saying that they owe so much to Takemichi. When Takemichi asks if they really said that, Mikey confirms this. He then confesses to a horrified Takemichi that he killed them, in addition to all the old members of Toman. Throwing a gun at Takemichi's feet, Mikey requests a tearful Takemichi to kill him.
