Hanma arrives to fetch Kisaki
Kisaki announces to Takemichi that he is now the General Staff Officer of Tenjiku, a Yokohama gang. When Takemichi deduces that Kisaki switched to another gang as soon as he was fired from Toman,[2] Kisaki becomes irritated, telling Takemichi not to judge him, as he will create his own Toman, leaving Mikey with no choice but to accept him. As Takemichi wonders what Kisaki means by this, as well as Kisaki calling him "hero",[3] Hanma arrives on a motorcycle, leaving with Kisaki, who tells Takemichi they will meet again.

Chifuyu thrown by Mocchi
Just then, Mocchi arrives, remarking that Toman is made up of five divisions, and asks if the other four are as weak as the person he is dragging, who turns out to be an unconscious Chifuyu. Mocchi tells his fellow Tenjiku members that he is joining a fight against Toman's Second Division in Shinjuku, ordering them to beat Takemichi and his friends. He says they have to destroy Toman before "Kakucho" shows up.

Angry, Smiley, and Chifuyu plan to raid Yokohama
As the Tenjiku members surround Takemichi and his friends, two bikes suddenly arrive, mowing down the panicked group; a Tenjiku member fearfully exclaims that it is the Twin Devils. On one of the bikes, someone who Takemichi recognizes as Smiley, the Fourth Division captain, arrives with an unconscious Takuya; with an angry face, he tells Takemichi to bring Takuya to the hospital, as he is worried about his condition. Takemichi is confused until Smiley pulls up on his bike; Yamagishi explains that Smiley has a twin, nicknamed "Angry", who is the Vice-Captain of the Fourth Division. They have contrary personalities and expressions, with Smiley's violent personality and Angry's caring personality. The twins take Chifuyu and Takemichi to raid Yokohama, to counterattack Tenjiku.
