"Don't freak out" is the fifth chapter of the 17th volume and the 148th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
As Mikey stares at Emma's body, Takemichi apologizes; Mikey asks what happened. Takemichi explains that Emma was hit in a drive-by biker attack, perpetrated by Tetta Kisaki. As Inupi and Izana join them, Izana turns away.
Emma professes her love for Draken
Mikey tells Takemichi to set Emma on his back, and they walk to the hospital. Internally, Takemichi pleads for Emma to be okay; she regains consciousness, remarking that she cannot move. Mikey asks if she remembers the last time he carried her: when she was five, she broke her leg chasing him. Emma begins to instruct Mikey on what to do if something happens to her, but he reassures her that she will be fine. She continues, requesting Mikey tell Draken that she loves him; Mikey responds, telling her to profess her love in person.
Emma's final words to Takemichi
Mikey reveals Draken loves Emma
As her eyes well up with tears, Emma tells a crying Takemichi to take care of Mikey for her, just before her body slumps in death. Panicked, Mikey tries to reveal to Emma that Draken has mutual feelings for her, telling her that he will call him as soon as they reach the hospital, in hopes that she will wake up; however, she does not respond. Trembling, Mikey tells Takemichi to put his jacket over her, as she is getting cold.
Mikey's dream future, visualized
The impact of Emma's death does not seem to set in, as Mikey continues talking to Emma's body, describing a future he dreamed for: Emma and Draken will have a child and live in a house built by Draken. When Mikey visits them, Draken will ignore Emma while they recount stories of their youth; their other friends, such as Mitsuya and Takemichi, will come over as well, staying up through the night. Their noise will wake the baby, causing Emma to become angry. Though chaotic, with beer cans and snacks scattered everywhere, as well as Emma and Mikey bickering, this scene captures cozy banter of their youth, now destroyed by Emma's death.
