"Revive" is the first chapter of the third volume and the 15th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

Mikey allows Pah to keep fighting Osanai

Takemichi reflects on the differences between this Osanai and the present-day Osanai, and while staring winds up getting punched by Osanai. Pah interrupts the fight, saying that Osana’s fight is with him while Takemichi tries to get him to stop. Peh tells Takemichi that Pah isn’t weak and there’s no way he will lose to Osanai, and even though Takemichi is worried for reasons other than that, Mikey insists that he sit back and watch.

When the fight starts to look bad for Pah, Peh runs in but is stopped in his tracks by Mikey telling him to sit and watch, too, because even though Pah is looking worse for the wear, he hasn’t given up yet.

Mikey supports Pah

When Pah is no longer able to stand, Mikey steps in to support him, telling him there’s no need to apologize because the fight isn’t lost yet. Then, he swiftly takes Osanai down, stating that nothing will ever take Toman down because it belongs to him.

While Draken is complimenting Mikey for not backing down, Osanai stands up and tries to stab Mikey, but Draken steps in to stop the stab.
