When Mitsuya asks what, Smiley reminisces that Angry always accompanied him, wondering if he will be alright by himself. Smiley remarks that Angry is probably crying, to which Mitsuya says that he is being overprotective, as their fighters are strong.

Ran remarks that Rindo enjoys the scream of his opponents; as Angry crawls, barely able to move, Ran and Rindo target Hakkai. Angry watches desperately as Rindo grabs Hakkai's arm, while Ran hits his face with a baton; he believes Hakkai will die from the relentless attacks and begins crying, begging the Haitani brothers to stop, much to their bemusement.

Meanwhile, Smiley tells Mitsuya that because Angry is a good person, beating up others does not come naturally to him. However, he adds, when Angry starts crying, his nature changes, as he has limits that cause the "ogre" to come out. Smiley recalls that during their fourth year of elementary school, he was targeted by ten middle-schoolers, which caused Angry to cry; abruptly, all the middle schoolers were severely injured. Since then, Smiley made Angry promise not to cry again.
