Summary[]
The captains and vice-captains react in shock
Mikey's announcement of Toman's disbandment shocks and confuses everybody, including the division captains and vice-president. He calls up each division captain, starting with Takemichi. Mikey asks Takemichi if the disbandment would be the best course of action to change the future, but Takemichi is hesitant to support this.
Next, Mitsuya, the second division captain is called up, where Mikey tells him that Toman would not have reached the top without him; still shocked at the news, Mitsuya urges Mikey to reconsider. Calling him up, Mikey compliments a tearful Peh-yan, the third division acting captain, on his conduct as a captain even in the absence of Pah-chin. To Smiley, Mikey thanks him for supporting Toman until the end, to which Smiley begs him not to say, as it signifies the end of Toman and their time together. Mikey calls out to the absent fifth division captain, Mucho, saying that he will always be regarded as a member of Toman.
Draken accepts Mikey's decision
Toman chants
Lastly, Mikey calls up Draken, who tells Mikey that although he is egotistical, he possesses great charisma, which helped shape Toman into its current state. Draken declares he has no objections to Mikey's decisions, before bowing in thanks. After witnessing this, the tearful members begin chanting Toman's name, as Mikey says that good things must come to an end. He reminds the chanting crowd that Toman will always remain in their hearts.
