"Be the world to me" is the third chapter of the 22nd volume and the 191st chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

It is now March 16, 2006. Takemichi and Chifuyu are hanging out while riding a bicycle. Takemichi tells Chifuyu he must time leap. Chifuyu, thinking he means that he is going back to the present, says he will miss him, only for Takemichi to reveal that he wishes he could go back to three days ago. White Day was three days ago, but Takemichi forgot to give Hina a gift on that day. Chifuyu is unamused. Takemichi panics after thinking Hina will be mad he forgot, and in his panic, forgets to steer the wheel and they both crash.

Chifuyu plans the hunt

As the two sit down after the crash, Chifuyu has an excellent idea to make up for the gift: a scavenger hunt that eventually leads to Takemichi's present for Hina, a ring. They are both extremely excited by this idea and immediately prepare the hunt.

Hina blames herself

Hina arrives, and Chifuyu hides in a nearby bush while Takemichi goes to greet her. Takemichi gets ready to apologize, but to his surprise, Hina bows her head and apologizes for being so gloomy. She admits that she has been unable to sleep ever since Kisaki's died and blames herself for both his and Emma's death. Chifuyu is completely mystified by what is happening.

Takemichi asks Hina to marry him

Takemichi decides to drop the whole scavenger hunt and leads Hina directly to the present, with Chifuyu trying to tell him to stick to the plan. Takemichi takes out the ring, professing that even though he is nobody special, there is no one in the world who wants to make Hina happy more than he does. He then proposes to her, asking her to marry him in 12 years' time.
