"Can say that again" is the eighth chapter of the 22nd volume and the 196th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

Sanzu shoots the men

In a freezing storage facility, while surrounded by restrained and beaten men, Haruchiyo swallows a pill, then exclaims loudly that traitors to Bonten must face judgment. As the men struggle to speak through their gags, Haruchiyo shushes them, telling them to listen to Mikey's words. Between mouthfuls of taiyaki, Mikey orders Haruchiyo to kill the men; Haruchiyo faithfully complies, shooting the men and declaring that those who do not fit in Bonten are scraps.

Takemichi in disbelief

As Takemichi processes Mikey's role as a criminal organization's leader, Naoto says he is sure his information is correct. Thinking back to Toman's disbandment, as well as Mikey's pledge to protect the future and meet again, Takemichi disputes this, thinking that Mikey would never come to this. When Naoto demands if his information is incorrect, Takemichi still remains in disbelief, saying that he has not met Mikey to confirm yet.

Shaking Takemichi, Naoto reminds him of the dangers surrounding Bonten, telling him that Mikey has changed over twelve years. Takemichi demands they shake hands again in order to deduce Mikey's past intentions. Naoto frantically implores Takemichi to stop, as they have already saved Hina, while Mikey was just someone Takemichi met along the way; Naoto begs Takemichi to remain in the future. Thinking back to Mikey, Takemichi tearfully says that he would not have achieved his mission without Mikey. Holding out his hand, Takemichi promises to come back as soon as possible. An exasperated Naoto caves in, remarking that he cannot win against Takemichi's determination.
