"Face the music" is the fourth chapter of the 24th volume and the 210th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
It is night. Takemichi arrives at D&D Motorcycle Shop, the bike shop that Draken has started working at, after receiving the call from him. Draken gets up from the bike he is working on, revealing the CB250T he just finished fixing, saying that the parts he was ordering for the bike took a while to arrive. Takemichi realizes with a startle that it is the bike Mikey used to use. Draken offers to let Takemichi take it out for a test drive together.

Draken says Takemichi cannot save Mikey
While out on their drive, Takemichi relays his findings from the present to Draken. He says his mission this time to save Mikey. Draken voices his doubts, remarking that Mikey descended into darkness of his own accord. He says that Mikey has changed and will not hesitate to kill Takemichi if he ever saw him. Takemichi confirms this claim by thinking back to how Mikey mercilessly shot him twice.

Terano throws Inupi
Suddenly, a voice calls out to Draken, telling him to run. It is Inui, whose face is fresh with bruises, and he is being held with one hand by someone also riding a bike. With a grin, the person throws Inui into the air. Takemichi tries to brake, but cannot do so in time. Luckily though, Inui is able to land on the ground with his two feet. The unknown individual screeches to a stop, calling for a nocturne to be played while humming. Draken takes a close look at him and recognizes him to be South Terano, representative of Rokuhara Tandai. As if on cue, numerous bikers abruptly arrive, surrounding Takemichi, Draken, and Inui.
Terano saunters up to Draken, asking him to team up.
