"Have never seen anything like it" is the second chapter of the 25th volume and the 217th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
In the city, Takemichi ponders his visualization of Senju's dying moments. Just then, Draken tells Takemichi to stop spacing out. Takemichi remarks on the nostalgia of visiting Draken's home in Shibuya. Draken explains that living and helping at the brothel gives him financial stability that his bike shop cannot yet provide.
As Takemichi presses the elevator button, he suddenly visualizes a dark, blood-like stain on his shirt; when he blinks again, he finds his shirt clean. Draken inquires about Takemichi's behavior while Takemichi continues thinking about his visualizations. In the brothel, Draken introduces the boss, someone he regards as a parental figure. Takemichi respectfully greets him. As Draken leads Takemichi down the hall of the brothel, the girls there bombard him with various requests. When Takemichi asks if the girls there are the same as when he last visited,[2] Draken replies that they are not, as the harsh world is ever-changing.
In Draken's room, Takemichi notes that it is larger; Draken explains he has moved into a more spacious spare room. Takemichi excitedly inspects Draken's bulletin, noting the pictures of himself and Toman, as well as Emma. Draken says Emma appears in his dreams, telling him to save Mikey. He explains his guilt of leaving Mikey's side; Takemichi realizes Draken's motives in joining Brahman.
Draken asks Takemichi about Mikey's future; Takemichi describes Mikey's thin, sleep-deprived, and deranged appearance, as well as his involvement in the criminal organization Bonten. He explains that Mikey could not suppress his "dark impulsivity"; however, his friends and Hina are living happily. Takemichi recalls Mikey's promise to protect his friends and Hina's futures.[3] With everyone living a happy life, Mikey has fulfilled his promise, but he is the only one living in misery. Hearing this information, Draken remarks that Mikey was already thinking about the future two years ago, noting his rationale for avoiding his old Toman friends. Mikey had beaten Draken, Mitsuya, Chifuyu, and Peh-yan, causing them to deeply fear and despise him. As Draken processes the idea of the "dark impulsivity", he notes that their lives have improved with Mikey's absence. He speculates that Mikey distanced and villainized himself to fulfill his promise to Takemichi. Smiling, Draken remarks that they are going down the right path.
Walking down the hall, Draken reminds Takemichi that the future will change, as he has joined Brahman. Although they do not know the coming events, both Draken and Takemichi swear to retrieve Mikey. Just then, one of the girls bumps into Takemichi, spilling tomato juice on his shirt. As Draken pokes fun at the juice's blood-like appearance, Takemichi remembers his vision from earlier and wonders if he can foresee the future.
