"Give back" is the seventh chapter of the 25th volume and the 222nd chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

When Draken comes to, he notes his inability to hear, move, or see clearly, finding a frantic Takemichi over him. Takemichi informs Draken that he has called an ambulance and Senju is looking for help. He tries reassuring Draken with a smile, but Draken notices Takemichi's clenched fist. Aloud, Draken realizes he is dying. Upon hearing those words, Takemichi tears up. He insists that things will be fine by tomorrow, asking for Draken's affirmation and reassurance.

However, Draken stares into the raining sky as he prepares for his impending death. With a faint grin, Draken tells Takemichi not to blame himself. He explains his decision to protect Takemichi was one of his own and not a consequence of Takemichi's time leaps. Because Takemichi saved his life, Draken says he was happy to sacrifice his.

After assuring Takemichi understands this, Draken reminisces on his elementary school days, when he would lose many fights against older kids, much to the surprise of Takemichi. Following his defeat, Draken would crawl on the group and look upwards into the sky, similar to his current state. Looking into the sky grounded him and provided peace. Wiping his tears, Takemichi says he understands that feeling. However, Draken adds that Mikey has never seen the sky of defeat, noting it as a shame.

With his words growing more strained, Draken explains his admiration of Mikey's strength: he carried and endured his hardships. Choking on his blood, Draken says that he wishes he could help Mikey more and asks Takemichi for a favor, one that he considers "lame". With tears in his eyes, Draken asks Takemichi to take care of Mikey; Takemichi promises to do so.
