Takemichi's shocked state
Senju watches as Takemichi stares off into the distance in shock. Takemichi recalls the moments prior: as he frantically asks the paramedics of Draken's condition, they inform him of Draken's passing. Though Senju calls his name several times, she fails to rouse him out of his catatonic state.

Senju and Akashi argue
Just then, Akashi arrives behind them. After confirming that Rokuhara Tandai perpetrated Draken's death, he swears revenge, ordering Benkei to gather the rest of Brahman. Hearing Akashi's plans, Senju is shocked, saying that they cannot act today. She and her brother begin arguing about the best course of action. Akashi angrily declares that their goals have changed, from being "number one"[2] to a bloodbath. Senju retorts angrily. All the while, Takemichi remains in his shaken state.

Mikey arrives at Brahman and Rokuhara Tandai's conflict
However, South's sudden, boisterous arrival piques his attention somewhat. After taunting Draken's death, he and Akashi trade invectives, prepared to bring their gangs to battle. The distinct sound of a motorcycle interrupts them both. A somber Mikey arrives alone at the scene. A stunned Takemichi shakily utters his estranged friend's name.
