"Blood-chilling" is the seventh chapter of the 26th volume and the 231st chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
Kakucho begins fighting Mikey. However, he is unnerved by Mikey's lack of resistance to his punches. Yelling at Mikey, Kakucho demands to know if he is holding back, questioning Mikey's presence. As Kakucho pants from his efforts, he likens Mikey to a ghost; although he sustains punches, he is not reacting.
Just then, Mikey glances at his palm. Addressing Draken, he remarks that he is empty inside. Kakucho watches in terror as a change occurs within Mikey; his "dark impulsivity" takes over.
Meanwhile, South and Senju's fight continues. South yells in delight at his exhilaration. As Senju skillfully dodges South's punches, she lands a midair kick on his face. However, South announces the blissfulness of their fight as he recoils from the attack. Unexpectedly, he pushes Senju from midair, throwing her to the ground as she winces in pain. Takemichi yells in alarm as he notes South's brutal tactics.
As South prepares to finish Senju off, he tells Takemichi to move, placing a broad hand on Takemichi's shoulder. The moment South touches Takemichi, a vision of himself bending over South's deceased body enters Takemichi's mind. He is baffled at the possibility of South, a brutal monster, defeated and dead.
Just as South is mere steps away from Senju, Kakucho skids onto the ground between them. Seeing Kakucho's bloodied and defeated form on the ground, South looks up to find Mikey facing him. Takemichi looks on with shock and terror.
