Mikey punches South to death
Mikey ignores Takemichi's pleas and proceeds with a deluge of punches to South's prone body. Only when South stops breathing does Mikey finally step away. Takemichi tears up as he realizes South's demise and Mikey's newfound status as a killer. With the gravity of the situation dawning on them, witnesses look on in grim horror.
Shocked at Mikey's actions, Koko declares the Kanto Manji Gang's victory in the showdown of the Three Deities. He orders everyone, including Kanto Manji Gang, to retreat with their injured.

Mikey kicks Takeomi
As Ran helps Kakucho leave, Kakucho wonders about South's condition. Ran responds dismissively, adding that South's absence will be better for them. Still on his knees, Akashi admonishes the extremity of Mikey's actions. In response, Mikey kicks Akashi in the face, threatening his life as well. Mikey's kick leaves Akashi sprawled out on the ground, motionless.

Koko pleads for Mikey to stop
Holding his injured arm, Takemichi puts himself between Mikey and Akashi, once again pleading for Mikey to stop. Seemingly bored and apathetic, Mikey punches Takemichi, throwing him across the parking lot. Behind him, an alarmed Koko pleads Mikey to stop and retreat. However, Mikey ignores Koko's pleas, still fixated on Takemichi, who groans from the pain.

Mikey pummels Takemichi
Standing over him, Mikey asks how he wants to die. As he lifts Takemichi by the collar, Takemichi remembers those words, once said in a joking way.[3] He weeps as he realizes the extent of Mikey's degradation. All the while, Mikey continues punching him from various angles. Still at the scene, Senju and Koko look on, appalled. As Mikey brings Takemichi to the ground to strike him, Senju shouts out. With his face swollen and bloodied, Takemichi murmurs Mikey's name as he prepares to deliver another blow.
