"Giant Killing" is the fourth chapter of the 28th volume and the 246th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

Chifuyu compliments Takemichi

Kakucho lies on the ground defeated after he was unexpectedly hurled by Takemichi. Toman and Kanto Manji are surprised by this occurrence and momentarily pause the battle.

While Kanto Manji members look on in shock, Toman prides Takemichi’s strength and notes his grit in the gang’s preceding battles, where he confronted Mikey during the Battle of Three Deities, won against Taiju Shiba on Christmas Eve, and carried Toman’s name during the Tenjiku battle until only he remained standing. Takemichi’s conquest against Kakucho influences Chifuyu to follow his footsteps, and Toman charges at Kanto Manji under his command.

Inupi defeats Kanto Manji members

Kanto Manji members are knocked one by one as the Toman Captains advance forward with their Vice-Captains in tow. Inupi effortlessly attacks his opponents at once while Senju defeats 13 of them.

Mikey asks if Kakucho is done already

When the battle resumes, Mikey approaches Kakucho on the ground and encourages him to keep fighting. He indirectly mentions Izana Kurokawa’s sacrifice two years ago during the Toman-Tenjiku showdown where Kakucho was saved from the gunfire, which triggers him to get back up on his feet. He explains that he had to cool down earlier, hence his initial defeat, then lands a blow at Chifuyu and the Kawata twins that knock them off.

Kakucho welcomes 'the Hero'

Kakucho punches Takemichi who blocks his hit. He recognizes Takemichi’s feats and strength from their childhood memories, and observes that the heroic Takemichi he once knew is back.
