Summary

Chifuyu looks up to Takemichi

With a single blow, Takemichi knocks Mikey out, and everyone is stunned. Toman cheers proudly, while Chifuyu sobs. Mikey stands back up from the ground and attacks Takemichi angrily, attempting to hit him but to no avail.

Takemichi explains why he came back

He tells him off for going back to the past and wasting his efforts on saving Toman and Hina. Takemichi hits him successfully. He claims that he is aware of his actions and admits that he came back to the past to save Mikey from his suffering.

Mikey mentions his brother

Mikey gets angry. Takemichi tries to hit him, but he dodges. He states that he has been figuring out the nature of his dark impulses and reveals that, days after the Battle of Three Deities, Wakasa informed him of Shinichiro Sano going back to the past to save him. For this reason, he believes his dark impulses were born out of love. Mikey confirms that Shinichiro is a time leaper, surprising Takemichi in the process.
