"Reel" is the fifth chapter of the fourth volume and the 28th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
Draken arrives at the hospital in critical condition, and is immediately operated on. Hina and Emma, along with Takemichi and his middle-school friends wait anxiously, remembering the uncertainty of Draken's condition, as confirmed by the doctors. Mitsuya and Peh-yan arrive at the hospital, both also anxious about Draken. Mikey arrives shortly after and calmly reassures everyone that Draken will survive, as they promised to own Japan together. He implores them to stop worrying and believe in Draken. Takemichi remarks to himself that Mikey is mentally strong.
The surgery is a success, and Draken survives, to everyone's relief. As they rejoice, Mitsuya prepares to tell the rest of Toman, waiting outside the hospital. Peh expresses his shame in his actions, but Mitsuya reassures him that Toman understands his motives, his loyalty to Pah-chin. Mitsuya also reveals that Draken has been going to visit Pah in prison, despite not being allowed to see him face-to-face, demonstrating the care he showed for Pah. He tells Peh to apologize to everyone, especially Draken and Pah, but is happy that Peh rejoined Toman.
As Takemichi and the rest step out of the hospital, Emma remarks that August 3rd has already passed, meaning that Takemitchi achieved his mission to save Draken. Outside, as Toman rejoices, Takemichi notices Mikey missing. He finds Mikey alone, breaking down out of relief, after finding out Draken survived. Takemichi realizes that Mikey hid his true feelings of worry to reassure everyone else, despite being the most worried.
