"Break up" is the fifth chapter of the fifth volume and the 38th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

Baji swings at Takemichi

As Mikey announces Kisaki's position as Third Division Captain, Takemichi realizes that this is one of the worst outcomes, which would lead to Hina's death once more. Enraged by this, he punches Kisaki, much to the shock of Toman, as well as the anger of Draken, Mitsuya, Mucho, and Nahoya. As Takemichi tries to explain himself, a member named Baji suddenly shows up, despite being on house arrest. He punches Takemichi repeatedly but is stopped by Mitsuya.

Baji quits Toman

Baji tells Mitsuya to let go of him, and they are prepared to fight each other. Baji calls out to Mikey, who asks him why he showed up, as he caused infighting and has been banned from Toman gatherings. Baji replies that he just punched another brat, referring to Takemichi. He asks if Mikey is going to kick him out of Toman, and announces that he is leaving to join Valhalla, as Mikey does not need him around to cause trouble. Baji, the First Division Captain of Toman, declares himself as an enemy of Toman. Kisaki laughs, remarking that Toman is falling apart. Mikey is about to reply to Baji, but Draken stops him, reminding him of Baji's nature.

Mikey talks about the road to his dream

Kisaki approaches Takemichi and asks him which is better: his face or his stomach. Takemichi is confused, and Kisaki says that he recommends his face, causing Takemichi to reply that his stomach is better. Kisaki then proceeds to punch Takemichi in the face, taunting that he tensed up his stomach instead. Takemichi passes out from the punch and wakes up at night, with Mikey sitting at his side. Takemichi thinks about the unattainable goal of his mission: to become the leader of Toman. Mikey asks Takemichi if he dislikes Kisaki, and says that new members will make some members leave, referring to Baji. Saying that the road to his dreams is a long one, Mikey prepares to ask Takemichi for a favor.
