"Level with" is the fifth chapter of the sixth volume and the 47th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.

Summary

Kisaki offers to get Pah pardoned

Osanai recounts his first encounter with Kisaki, when he proposes that he and Osanai work together to rule Tokyo. Together, Osanai and Kisaki are successful: Osanai is able to rule Shinjuku, part of Tokyo, through his leadership of Moebius, with Kisaki's help. However, Osanai says that he was just Kisaki's pawn, as he found out during the Toman-Moebius conflict: the fight was arranged by Kisaki in order to split up Toman, starting with hurting Pah-chin's friend and attributing that to Osanai, which lead to him getting stabbed. After Pah-chin's arrest, Kisaki approached Mikey, offering to get Pah-chin pardoned. Osanai reveals that Kisaki's goal was to get Draken killed in order to take his position as second-in-command in Toman. When this was a failure, Kisaki abandoned Osanai, and has a new pawn: Hanma, Valhalla's acting leader. Chifuyu asks Osanai why he has not gotten revenge for his abandonment, and Osanai responds that Kisaki's craftiness enable him to kill without getting his hands dirty.

Draken reveals that Valhalla's leader was Mikey

From Osanai's information, Chifuyu concludes that Valhalla's true leader is Kisaki. Confused by Kisaki's motives and actions, Takemichi decides to go back into the future in order to gain more information. He and Naoto visit Draken in jail again, and Takemichi asks him if Kisaki was the leader of Valhalla. Much to his surprise, Draken tells him that Valhalla was a gang created for Mikey to lead.
