"Sunday best" is the eighth chapter of the eighth volume and the 68th chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
After Mitsuya summons Takemichi to his school, Takemichi arrives, but Mitsuya is nowhere to be found. As he waits, Peh-yan approaches him; to Takemichi's surprise, he and Mitsuya go to the same school. Peh-yan, wearing a gaudy shirt underneath his uniform, tells Takemichi that Mitsuya is currently preoccupied and ordered him to retrieve Takemichi.

Mitsuya as a respected club leader
They arrive at the entrance of the home economics room, where Peh-yan remarks that he hates "that girl". "That girl" in question is a hostile club member, who insults Peh-yan's shirt, admonishing him for taking up her club leader's time. Hearing the commotion, Mitsuya emerges, greeting Takemichi and ordering the girl, Yasuda, to calm down. Yasuda remarks that Mitsuya is the only delinquent she does not hate. As Takemichi walks into the classroom, he is surprised to find Mitsuya as the well-respected leader of a crafting club, giving sewing advice to his club members. As he has to help another club member, Mitsuya tells Takemichi to wait a bit, saying that it will be ready soon. When Takemichi asks what "it" is, Peh-yan reveals that Mitsuya has been personally making Takemichi's uniform. This is special, as Mitsuya only made the uniforms for Toman's founding members.

Mitsuya makes Takemichi's uniform
As he sews Takemichi's uniform, Mitsuya says that their uniform is their most formal wear. He explains that this is his way of showing his gratitude for saving Draken[2] and uniting Toman on Bloody Halloween.[3] When Takemichi thanks him, Mitsuya reassures him, saying that he is doing it because he wants to. Finished with the uniform, Mitsuya tells an excited Takemichi to try it on; Peh-yan remarks that he cannot wait for tomorrow's meeting.

Draken welcomes Takemichi
The next evening, Toman gathers for their meeting. Takemichi admits that he feels bashful in his uniform, while Peh-yan and Mitsuya encourage him. When Draken sees Takemichi, he smiles, telling him that his uniform does not suit him at all; Takemichi agrees, laughing that he feels like somebody dressed him up. Draken welcomes Takemichi into the gang again. Takemichi passionately thanks him, bowing; Draken says the meeting will begin, remarking that it will be an important meeting for Takemichi.

Chifuyu and Hanma with Mikey
Mikey appears on stage, with Hanma and Chifuyu behind him. Draken remarks that the meeting will be rough, as it is intended to conclude Bloody Halloween. Seeing Hanma, the crowd wonders why a Valhalla member is there. Takemichi stares in confusion.
