Kazutora says Mikey has become evil
Sitting in Kazutora's car, Takemichi asks Kazutora what caused Toman to change; much to Takemichi's shock, Kazutora says that Mikey has completely changed. Takemichi insists that someone else, like Kisaki, must have caused this, not Mikey. Kazutora informs a horrified Takemichi that Pah-chin and Peh-yan were killed on the orders of Mikey, during the time Takemichi was held captive by Kisaki. Additionally, Mitsuya has gone missing for several months, as Mikey has been purging the old members of Toman.
Kazutora says Mikey has become evil from the violent influence of Kisaski and the money from the Black Dragon, and he wants to save Mikey. Kazutora has successfully found the Black Dragons' hidden bank account and plans to cut off the cash flow. Chifuyu was set to remove Kisaki, but was killed because he backed Kisaki into a corner.

Naoto arrests Takemichi
When Takemichi wonders how Chifuyu was able to back Kisaki into a corner, Kazutora tells him that a police detective wanted revenge for the death of his sister, which had been ordered by Kisaki. However, Kisaki had an alibi: he was at an admin meeting. Kazutora reveals that Chifuyu had found proof that Kisaki ordered Hina's murder, but he had kept the evidence hidden.
Kazutora pulls up to an alleyway and tells Takemichi that someone wants to meet him there. Takemichi is relived and delighted to find Naoto. Unbeknownst to Kazutora and Takemichi, Naoto set this up in order to arrest Takemichi.
