"Keep one's vow" is the fifth chapter of the 11th volume and the 93rd chapter overall of the Tokyo卍Revengers manga series, written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
Summary[]
When Hakkai asks him why he is at the church, Takemichi replies that he is there to stop Hakkai's plan to kill Taiju[2]. Takemichi reluctantly admits to himself that Kisaki's conclusions about Hakkai's decisions were accurate[3], however, this would still give Takemichi time to dissuade Hakkai.
Hakkai says that he told Takemichi about his plans to strengthen his own resolve and threatens to kill Takemichi if he tries to interfere. Refuting this, Takemichi tells Hakkai that sharing one's worries indicates indecisiveness. He tells Hakkai that he understands how Hakkai feels trapped by Taiju's abuse, leaving him with no choice but to murder his brother, but says that choosing murder will not protect Yuzuha. Frustrated, Hakkai demands Takemichi go home and stay out of his family's business; he explains the violence he faces from Taiju for the smallest mistakes, such as the food tasting bad or waking up late.

Takemichi says Hakkai will make Yuzuha sad
Takemichi tells Hakkai that he broke up with Hina a day ago to protect her[4]. Although he believes himself to be weak and cowardly, Hina loves him regardless, so he has sworn to protect her. However, one thing he would never do is murder, which would make her sad. He tells Hakkai that committing murder would never make Yuzuha happy.
Taiju enters the church

Hakkai runs to stab Taiju
Just then, Taiju enters the church, reciting a prayer. Upon seeing him, Takemichi wonders what happened to Kisaki and the others, who were supposed to defeat Taiju.[5] Irritated, Taiju demands to know why they are in the church. Just then, Hakkai lunges at Taiju with the knife, screaming.
