Immediately afterwards, he meets Hakkai Shiba, the Second Division Vice-Captain of Toman. Summary[]
Takemichi looks at the guy and feels he had seen him somewhere. Hakkai recognizes Takemichi and wonders if becoming a captain has done something to his head. Hakkai then introduces himself as the Vice-Captain of the Second Division. Yuzuha wants to leave, but Hakkai states he isn't done bowling and unless he bowl ten games, he doesn't feel like he really bowled. Takemichi finally remembers that Hakkai in the present is from Black Dragon and wonders why is he now part of Toman.
Takemichi recalls the present while he was with Kazutora, where Kazutora explains that Hakkai is the 11th leader of Black Dragon. According to rumors, Hakkai killed the last leader for money and took over Black Dragon.
Hinata notes that Hakkai is tall and slim, which annoys Takemichi. Hakkai takes down all pins, making a strike and smiles at Takemichi and Hinata. Annoyed, Takemichi goes to show his bowling skills and the two start competing. Yuzuha joins Hinata and as Hinata watches them, she notes that Hakkai knocks the pins harder than Takemichi. Yuzuha explains its because Hakkai is using the heaviest ball. Takemichi overhears which surprises him. They keep competing, but eventually Takemichi fails to make a strike. They move to a punching machine, where Takemichi scores an average score of 50 points, but Hakkai reaches the max 100 points. After that, they go to a whack-a-mole game, but Hakkai is much better and faster than Takemichi. Next, they play billiard, but Takemichi again loses. Hakkai suggest they try Ping-Pong and Takemichi agrees, but Yuzuha tells them there isn't a isn't a table tennis there and wants to go. Hakkai apologizes and explains he love seeing Takemichi's reactions.
Hakkai decides that they are now bros and invites him to his place. Yuzuha states that since they are bros, that makes her their big sister. Takemichi is surprised to learn that Hakkai and Yuzuha are siblings. Yuzuha tells Takemichi that he looks weak and wonders how he became captain. Hakkai has much more talent to outrank him, but he isn't interested in ranks. Hinata agrees, stating that Hakkai looks tough. In that moment Hakkai freezes. Yuzuha notes that he is hopeless and Hakkai explains that captains have too many restrictions, and he likes to be free. Hinata states he is cool and Hakkai again freezes. Yuzuha explains that Hakkai is awkward and when a girl talks to him he freezes up. Takemichi wonders if this is really the Hakkai Shiba from Black Dragons. He asks Hakkai if he gets along with his captain Takashi. Hakkai tells him to stop being that polite as they are the same age. Yuzuha states that Takashi is like an older brother to Hakkai. Hakkai reveals that Takashi taught him what makes a hoodlum cool and uncool, and is indeed like a real older brother. Yuzuha states he loves Takashi too much and shows the lockscreen of Hakkai's phone which is a picture of Takashi. Annoyed, she shows that her lockscreen is Hakkai. Takemichi is happy to learn that they are getting along, but wonders if in the future Hakkai is the reason Takashi disappears. The Hakkai he met in the present is so different, which makes Takemichi wonder what happened to change the current Hakkai that much.
They reach Hakkai's house, but they see Black Dragons outside. Yuzuha states their brother is back and Hakkai tells Takemichi to leave. Hajime sees Hakkai and notes that the younger brother is back. Takemichi wonders who are they, but seeing Hajime, he recalls he is from Black Dragons in the present, which makes him realize that the biker gang they are facing is Black Dragons. One of them recognizes Takemichi as Captain in Toman, which makes Hajime angry that someone from Toman is in their turf. Hajime have heard about Takemichi and explains that their boss ordered them to kill any other gang member who steps on their turf. Seishu gives orders to get Takemichi. Yuzuha tells Hinata to leave, stating that they won't go easy even on girls. Hakkai tells them to stop, stating that Takemichi is his friend. Hajime states they still need to taught a lesson and that the gang won't listen to him. Hakkai tells them again to not touch them, but one of the members states they don't take orders from him and suggest the do the girls too. Hakkai then punches and knocks him down, telling them to leave, which scares most of the members.
Hakkai apologizes to Takemichi for involving him and explains that Black Dragon's boss is Taiju Shiba, their older brother. Hakkai asks where is Taiju and Hajime explains that he went to the convenience store. Annoyed, Hakkai wonders why Taiju decided to come home now as he rarely comes back. Seishu points a blade at Hakkai, telling him to watch his mouth and not talk shit about their boss, or he will kill him. Yuzuha kicks Seishu away. Hajime tells Seishu to stop as they are Taiju's siblings, but Seishu doesn't care as he swore loyalty to Taiju. Takemichi wonders on what to do, but decides to leave as he needs to protect Hinata above all. In that moment, Taiju returns and charges at Takemichi and knocks him down with a clothesline move. Taiju states its not fair they to have fun without him and picks and punches Takemichi. Taiju then wonders who is Takemichi and Hajime explains he is Captain in Toman. Taiju can't believe it and laughs, but Hajime confirms it and also states he is Hakkai's friend. Taiju kicks Takemichi. He turns to Hakkai saying that he brought an outsider to their home, but won't even join Black Dragons. Taiju then orders Hakkai to beat Takemichi to death.
