Facing Tenjiku, Takemichi has no idea who they are. Tetta then steps forward and reveals that he is now General Staff Officer of Yokohama's Tenjiku. He intends to make his "Toman" one day and force Manjiro to accept him one day. Shuji comes to pick Tetta and they leave. Kanji drags Chifuyu wondering if Toman's other four divisions are also that weak. He tells his men to make sure Takemichi and the rest to never cause them trouble again, while he heads to Shinjuku, since he heard they are fighting Toman's Second Division there. Atsushi tells the rest to protect Takemichi and prepares to fight Tenjiku. In that moment at the back, some Tenjiku members run in fear stating they are being run down by Meguro's Twin Devils. Souya then stops his bike to Takemichi, while Nahoya continues to chase down and run people with his bike. Looking at Souya, Takemichi believes that he is Nahoya, but wonders why he isn't smiling. Souya then tells Takemichi that he found Takuya. Since he is beat up, Souya is worried about him and tells Takemichi to take him to the hospital. Nahoya then returns and tells Takemichi that this isn't him, but his brother. Kazushi is surprised that Takemichi didn't knew that they are twins and are the captain and vice-captain of the Fourth Division. The older brother and always smiling one is Nahoya, who has a heart of a demon and is known as Smiley, while the younger brother is always angry-looking but has a heart of gold and is also known as Angry. The twins then tell Takemichi and Chifuyu to get on their bikes, as they are going to raid Yokohama.

On their way, Nahoya asks Chifuyu if he lost to Kanji. Chifuyu acts like he didn't and that he just managed to sucker punch him. However Nahoya states that he doesn't need to act tough, since Kanji is strong and have defeated even the twins. Souya explains that Kanji has been their enemy even before they joined Toman. In the past, Nahoya and Souya had formed Twin Devils gang and often fought with Jugem gang from Kawasaki. As neither gang could win, Nahoya decided to challenge Kanji to one-on-one fight between the gang leaders. Kanji agreed and ended up beating Nahoya. Souya then challenged Kanji, but he also lost. Chifuyu is surprised that they are so openly talking about their defeat, instead of being frustrated. Nahoya explains that they don't pick fights they can't win and since Kanji is not in Yokohama right now, they can easily raid them. They notice two Tenjiku members and stop to asks them about their hideout, which to Takemichi and Chifuyu looks more like a torture than questioning. While the twins question the two men, Takemichi tells Chifuyu that he saw Tetta and guess its him who planned Tenjiku's attack. Takemichi then explains he feels he figured something. He has been solving the problems, but the future has never become a better one. He guesses that Tetta may also be time traveler and to keep on messing the future, and that he has always been trying to make Toman serve him. Chifuyu guesses that if he is right, then it would explain why he keeps failing. Seeing that Takemichi is angry, Chifuyu states that he understands him, but he should stop making that face. Right now, they need to figure out what is happening with Tenjiku. If Tetta can also time travel, he would be quite desperate since he died in the future and can't go back. They need to figure out if he indeed can time travel or not. The twins then return having learned where Tenjiku's hideout is.

Takemichi and the rest arrive at Tenjiku's hideout, but are surprised to see that there are more than 100 people there. One of Tenjiku's big four, Kakucho, steps forward stating that they finally showed up. However seeing that they are only four and one of them is Takemichi, he tells his men to leave. Kakucho explains that he intended to not fight fairly, but has changed his mind and will fight Toman alone. Nahoya then forward and introduces himself, stating that he will be fighting him alone. Kakucho apologizes, but states he first want to beat up Takemichi. He had heard the rumors and as First Division captain, he guesses he is the toughest of all. Chifuyu tries to explain that isn't true and he fights with kindness and not fists, however Takemichi steps forward. Elsewhere, Izana Kurokawa introduces himself to Manjiro and after complimenting Manjiro's bike, he leaves.

Takemichi faces Kakucho. Looking at him, he feels he had seem him before. Takemichi then charges at Kakucho and swings. To his surprise, he lands his punch and sends Kakucho flying. Takemichi can't believe it and wonders if he became stronger. Looking at Kakucho, he recalls his childhood with a friend "Kaku-chan". He then rushes to Kakucho calling him Kaku-chan. Kakucho smiles and states the took him a while to realize it. They haven't seen each other since second grade, since Kakucho moved away. Takemichi states that he haven't changed as he used to always get into fights. Kakucho states the same, since Takemichi is still weak as before. Takemichi calls him weak too, but Kakucho explains that he is quite strong, but lost on purpose and that Takemichi was his hero. Kakucho then asks Takemichi about what kind of guy is Tetta and why he got kicked out of Toman. Takemichi explains that Tetta tried to take over Toman, but failed. Takemichi then asks Kakucho to help him meet Tetta, since there is something he needs to find out from him. However Kakucho can't help him, since his hero right now is Tenjiku's leader, Izana, which makes Kakucho and Takemichi enemies. Kakucho explains that Tetta is always close to Izana and he needs to fight to reach him. Before leaving, Kakucho warns Takemichi to beware of a traitor.
