Tokyo Manji Gang calls an emergency meeting. Takemichi wonders if there is truly a traitor among them, but decides to not mention it since Kakucho may have said it just to confuse them. Ken speaks in front of everyone and explains that a recently formed gang from Tenjiku from Yokohama had attacked them yesterday. The first attacked were the First Division. Takemichi and Chifuyu then step forward. Chifuyu explains that they were attacked by team Mochizuki. Nahoya explains that Kanji Mochizuki is former leader of Jugem gang. Takashi explains that this isn't their main force and they also have the Haitani Brothers. Some members recognize that Kanji and Haitani Brothers are both from the S-62 Generation. Ken tells Manjiro that some members said they got beat up by Shion Madarame, the leader of the ninth generation Black Dragon that Tokyo Manji Gang had crushed. Manjiro realizes that Tenjiku consists of S-62 Generation guys, who normally wouldn't have teamed up. However, he can't let this continue and states they will invade Yokohama. Takemichi feels that this may be going exactly as Tetta planned it. Chifuyu then tells him to go back to the future and speak with Naoto. Takemichi didn't want to return to the future, but he has no choice and goes back.

He tells Naoto everything he knows. Naoto states that if Tetta can truly time leap as well, then they need to kill him in the past. Since Takemichi is also tempering with Tetta's plans, it would be easiest for him to kill Takemichi in the past. Naoto wonders what is Tetta's goal in the past. He explains that the police haven't heard of Tenjiku and that Tetta is dead. Takemichi sees Izana on Naoto's whiteboard and asks him who he is. Naoto explains that he is a member of Toman's top brass and also used to be leader of Black Dragon. Takemichi states that he is Tenjiku's leader and that they consist of S-62 Generation. Naoto then tells Takemichi that he will check some police information about him and Tenjiku. Takemichi decides to do some digging on his own as well.

Takemichi said he will be doing some digging, but doesn't know from where to start. He recalls not seeing Hajime Kokonoi and Seishu Inui on Naoto's dead list and wonders what are they doing now. He then sees the church where they fought against Taiju and decides to visit. At the church, he recalls that he managed to prevent Taiju's death and fix some things, but the future didn't get any better. Frustrated, he yells wondering what he is supposed to do. A person then tells him to keep it down and to pray that he may rest in peace too. The person explains that after Hakkai's death, he has been coming here everyday. Takemichi then realizes that the person is Taiju Shiba. Takemichi then asks him if they can speak as he wants to ask him about Izana and Black Dragon.

Taiju agrees and Takemichi calls Naoto. Taiju tells them that he has no intention to cooperate with the police, but since Toman killed Hakkai, he is ready to trade intel. Takemichi asks if Taiju knows of Tenjiku, and Taiju confirms. Knowing that Tenjiku existed in this timeline, Takemichi asks how Izana became Black Dragon leader and then became part of Toman. Taiju states he got the order wrong. He wonders if Takemichi know who actually founded Black Dragon in the first place. As Takemich doesn't know, Taiju explains it was Shinichiro Sano, Manjiro's older brother. Eventually the eighth generation leader, Izana, took over. Takemichi is surprised as the eighth generation is before even Toman was created. He wonders if Izana is older than Taiju and Taiju confirms that he is two years older and part of the S-62 Generation. Three years after Izana left Black Dragon, he formed Tenjiku and fought Toman, which became known as the Kanto Incident. Takemichi asks who won, but Taiju states he should know since he was in Toman, however he may not want to acknowledge it. Taiju explain that the fight ended with an unexpected deal. At the top was Manjiro, second in command was Tetta and third in command was Izana. Toman and Tenjiku combined and created the vilest gang in history. Takemichi is surprised but notes that Tetta is now dead. Taiju then wonders if he really is dead and looks at Naoto. Naoto then explains that he looked at Izana and he has a lot of connections with the police. Naoto found that some evidence records were revised. Taiju asks if Izana made it look like Tetta died. Naoto then states that Izana let Tetta escape abroad, since he was suspect in various crimes, and a fake corpse was prepared for him. Takemichi then realizes that Tetta is still alive. Taiju explains that with Manjiro dead and Tetta abroad, Izana is now the leader of Toman. Taiju doesn't know why, but Manjiro had said he has even greater trust in Izana than in Ken.

Hajime and Seishu then show up. Hajime states its suspicious that his former bosses are having a private meeting. Taiju is angry that they brought Toman goons at his place. Seishu explains that they are here to abduct him on Izana's orders. They had heard they had a rat and since they are looking for Izana information, it means they are his enemies. Taiju then steps forward wondering if they can take him on. He tells Takemichi to escape from the back door and Naoto to expose the truth behind Hakkai's death and avenge his brother. Takemichi thanks Taiju, who tells him that their old debt is now settled. Some of the goons try to go after Takemichi and Naoto, but Taiju knocks them down.

Takemichi and Naoto escape, however Takemichi stops and wants to go back, since he believes that Hajime and Seishu should know more about Izana. Tetta then shows up from a dark alley and points a gun at Takemichi. As he is about to shoot, Naoto pushes Takemichi and Tetta shoots Naoto. Izana also shows up and states that he was the one supposed to kill Naoto. Tetta apologizes and states that he took the bullet intended for Takemichi. Izana blames them for killing his Manjiro. He then calls Kakucho and tells him to kill Takemichi. Kakucho then shoots Takemichi and they leave. As Takemichi and Naoto lie bleeding, Naoto tells him that when he first met the adult Takemichi he felt into despair, wondering if he really has to put all his trust into such pathetic loser. He didn't knew what Hinata even saw in him. However after he saw him fail over and over again, Naoto thought that this is what a real hero is. Despite all his failures, he never gave up. Naoto is proud of Takemichi and tells him to shake hands one last time. Takemichi promises that this won't be the last time, as he will never give up. He then shakes his hand.
