Mitsuya apologizes to Yasuda

With the Home Economics Club in danger of closing down, Yasuda decides to revive it as an experienced member since primary school. As soon as she enters the clubroom, she is met with Mitsuya, Peh-yan, and Pah-chin, and describes the clubroom as a "den of evils". Yasuda is frightened and cowers away, but Mitsuya apologizes for their behavior. Yasuda narrates that she later finds out that the three are known notorious delinquents, but Mitsuya is an exception to her hatred unlike Peh-yan and Pah-chin.

Back in the present, Yasuda informs Mitsuya that the club is at risk of closing down, and they form a pact to save it together. Yasuda spends all night creating flyers and distributes them the next day. After three nights of no sleep, she is disappointed to learn that no one showed up to apply. Peh-yan looks at the flyers she made, and comments that no one showed up because of the boring design. Yasuda is offended and leaves.

Yasuda overhears her classmates

The next day, Yasuda is sulking over yesterday's events when she hears her classmates talk about the Home Economics Club. She is surprised to find a long line of students in front of the clubroom and spots Pah-chin advertising outside. When she enters, she is greeted by Peh-yan and Mitsuya in suits, who had dressed up to advertise the club and gather members. By the end of the event, Mitsuya presents a bulk of application forms, and assures Yasuda to leave such events to delinquents like them.

Out of the 20 members who applied, only five stayed in the first year, but the club attracted more members as time passed. Although she hates delinquents, Yasuda praises Mitsuya's leadership and handicraft skills for the club's success.

Peh-yan invites Mitsuya to hang out, but Yasuda scolds him for interrupting their club activities. Two club members watch them argue, and remark how they look like an arguing couple.
