Synopsis[]
Junpeke and his friends turn to the Ninth Generation Black Dragon after they were beaten by Manjiro Sano. Shion Madarame initially refuses to help, but Izana Kurokawa impels him to comply. Weeks later, the Ninth Generation faces the newly-formed Tokyo Manji Gang led by Mikey, and their counterattack begins.

Shion threatens the group
At the Black Dragon General Headquarters, Junpeke and his friends ask the help of the Ninth Generation Black Dragon to get back at Mikey as revenge, but Shion Madarame, the Ninth Generation Leader, refuses to help them because he sees no correlation between the Black Dragon and their dispute with Mikey and Kazutora. He adds that Junpeke and his group must find another way to let Mikey and Kazutora pay off capital and interest, and to come back in a week with their bodies on hand. If they were to fail, they will have to pay a million yen as an apology.
Junpeke gets yelled at by his friends for dragging them in the mess, but he cries that Kazutora brought a monster named "The Invincible Mikey" to the fight. Shion does not care and repeats that they have a week to pay off their debt, until Izana Kurokawa, the Eighth Generation Leader strolls in and tells him to calm down. After hearing the nickname "The Invincible Mikey", Izana becomes intrigued and asks Junpeke to tell him more about what happened.

Baji teases Mikey
One week later as they rode on Baji's motorbike, Baji tells Mikey that the group he once defeated by the riverbank to save Kazutora is being protected by the Black Dragon. He continues that they have been going after Kazutora for a week now, but he refuses to tell them because he does not want to get them involved. Mikey makes the decision to strike back and Baji teases him for being considerate of his friends' feelings. As he drives off, Baji tells him that he has an idea.
Two weeks later clad in gang uniforms, Mikey, Kazutora, Baji, Draken, Mitsuya, and Pah-chin face the Ninth Generation who pity them and ridicule their strength. Called the "Tokyo Manji Gang", they yell their positions one by one before charging at Black Dragon. Izana, who is revealed to be watching from uphill, wonders what kind of person Mikey truly is as Shion looks in terror at the incoming attack.
