Manjiro Sano vs. Izana Kurokawa is a battle between Tokyo Manji Gang President Manjiro Sano and Tenjiku President Izana Kurokawa.

Mikey arrives in conflict
After Kisaki shoots Takemichi in the foot, Takemichi confronts him by telling him to get up off the ground, questioning him about his attitudes that led to Draken becoming an assassin. Before he could attack him, Izana appears defending Kisaki, and with a kick, knocks Takemichi to the ground. Takemichi gets up and advances against Izana, just as his fist would reach Izana, Takemichi raises his arm up, alerting Mikey to arrive on the scene.
The Tenjiku members wonder why Mikey arrived, thinking he would be absent from this fight. Mikey, without answering, approaches Takemichi, hugging and thanking him. Soon after, Draken and Hina arrive on the motorcycle, Draken says that Hina told them about Takemichi being a time-leaper and said about his ideal of protecting everyone, making Draken and Mikey motivated to go to the conflict.

Mikey leads Toman
Takemichi is surprised that Hina tells them the truth, saying that she is happy for the two of them to arrive. Draken questions Mikey about having any plans, and Mikey says that Tenjiku is at a disadvantage against the two of them. Mikey shouts saying that he could take down over 20,000 men, causing the Tenjiku members to freak out. Takemichi thanks Hina for leading them there, holding her hand and watching the whole scene.
Izana watching this says that Kisaki's plans have not gone as planned. Izana starts to run at Mikey and hits him with a kick, which sends him flying away. He recalls the deaths of Emma and Shinichiro, beginning the clash.
Battle[]
Mikey and Izana come face to face, Mikey tells Izana to settle it once and for all. As they watch, Draken entrusts his and Mikey's lives into Takemichi's hands. During this, Mikey uses his signature kick against Izana, who easily blocks the blow. After that, Mikey attacks him again, Izana dodges once more, remembering all his destructive power.

Izana overcomes Mikey's moves
His kicks crash into Mikey in the air. Izana hits him with another kick that sends Mikey flying away. Izana praises her brother, saying that his nickname lives up to his ability. Takemichi is startled by Izana's power. Mikey advances once more, but is stopped by a kick to the face from Izana. Mikey rolls away from the impact of the blow, scaring all the members of Toman.
Izana tells Mikey that she will destroy everything with his power, including killing him. Again, causing Mikey to advance upwards, trying to attack him. Izana in response, hits a punch to Mikey's face, during which, Mikey questions Izana why he killed Emma.[1] [2]

Izana's ideal
Izana at this point remembers his childhood with Shinichiro, who promised him that he would one day lead the Black Dragons. However, as soon as Shinichiro says this, he talks about Mikey inheriting the Black Dragons after Izana, which makes him wonder about Shinichiro not being his brother. Kisaki approached Izana and guided him to the creation of Tenjiku.
Back at the fight, as Izana faces Mikey, he tells Mikey that Shinichiro cannot be his ideal brother anymore; because of this, Izana plans to kill all of Toman and shape a distraught Mikey into Shinichiro. He tells Mikey to become empty for this. When Mikey asks if that is the reason he killed Emma, Izana responds by delivering a kick that throws Mikey onto the ground. Standing over Mikey, Izana says that Mikey took everything away from him, so he must kill him.
The Fatal Force[]
Izana continues attacking Mikey
Izana advances again against Mikey, hitting him with a punch to his face, Izana continues to taunt him while punching him. Takemichi asks if Mikey hasn't found an opening to attack, and Draken replies that Mikey is using all his strength. On the other side, Kakucho tells Kisaki that Izana fights alone, saying that when he was twelve he was attacked by a group and soon after took revenge, showing that Izana won't stop until he kills his enemy.
Just then, Izana's punch throws Mikey to the ground again. Izana taunts Mikey again, disappointed in his power. As he tells Mikey again that he will kill him, Mikey stands, remarking that Izana does not care about anyone, not even his friends in the S-62 generation who fight for him. As Izana avoids another one of Mikey's kicks, he says that they are merely afraid of him and ideas such as friendship and trust are delusions. Takemichi notices that Izana is not landing his hits on Mikey and Draken agrees, explaining that Izana is getting tired, as his fighting is becoming sloppy.

Mikey tells Izana that they have each other
When Mikey asks Izana how long he will fight alone, Izana says Mikey is alone too, as his siblings are dead. While Mikey blocks Izana's kick, he tells Izana he is wrong, as they both still have a brother: each other. Thinking back to his conversation with Shinichiro, Mikey understands that they were talking about Izana. After Shinichiro asked him about having another brother, Mikey smiles and says he will definitely love him. Mikey tells Izana that he wants to save him.

Mikey knock out Izana's streaght
Izana in response attacks Mikey again, but her movements are slow, causing Mikey to easily dodge. Mikey says that Izana has started to miss and hits him with a punch to his face and then a kick that sends him crashing to the ground. Takemichi is surprised by Mikey's turn of events against Izana. Kakucho yells Izana's name as he stood up, Izana is surprised that Mikey still has that power and goes back to attacking.
Izana tries to hit Mikey with a punch, but, Mikey easily dodges the blow. In response, he lands a punch to Izana's stomach, Mikey questions Izana about not being able to love his brothers. Izana tells him to be quiet, however, Mikey continues to question the same. Izana yells at Mikey to shut up, remembering Shinichiro, and attacks Mikey. When he tries to land another blow, he is stopped by another punch in response from Mikey.

Izana points a gun
Mikey tells Izana that he is lost, as soon as he hears, Izana sees the image of Emma and Shinichiro next to Mikey, which makes him question the presence of the two there. Izana turns to Kisaki calling him, as soon as he approaches, Izana takes Kisaki's gun and points it at Mikey, saying that he can't lose everything. Izana remembers at that moment his mother telling him to be strong.
Everyone tries to warn Izana who keeps pointing the gun at Mikey, Mikey teases him by telling him to shoot, if that was going to make him satisfied. Draken warns Mikey not to keep provoking Izana, but Mikey keeps provoking Izana to shoot him. Just then, Kakucho disarms Izana by throwing the gun away, falling at Kisaki's feet. Kakucho tells Izana that they lost by trying to calm him down.
What was been left[]
Izana's last moments
Kakucho tells Izana that he fights for him and will be willing to die for him; since he does not want to see Izana in this deranged state, he implores Izana to stop. Izana tells Tenjiku's executives to kill Kakucho, but they do not move. Shaking Izana, Kakucho tells him that none of Tenjiku's members can will their battle, loudly repeating that Tenjiku lost. As Izana screams for him to shut up, Kisaki suddenly shoots Kakucho in the chest, remarking that he is annoying.
Kakucho advances trying to get the gun from Kisaki, just as Kisaki is about to shoot, Kakucho is saved by Izana who receives several shots instead, falling to the ground. Everyone is surprised by the scene, as Kisaki screams questioning Izana. On the ground, Izana remembers his childhood with Kakucho as he loses consciousness and dies next to his friend.
