Takemichi Hanagaki vs. Tetta Kisaki is a battle between Tokyo Manji Gang First Division Captain Takemichi Hanagaki and Tenjiku General Staff Officer Tetta Kisaki.
Introduction[]
After Izana's death, Mikey announces the end of the conflict between Tenjiku and Tokyo Manji, dismissing all members before the police arrive on the scene. The members of S62 decide to remain in place even after Mikey's order. Kisaki, already without any support, falls to the ground, hearing that Mikey would never forgive him.
Before Takemichi could do anything, Hanma appears on his motorcycle and holds Kisaki and runs away. Takemichi watches as the two escape, but, Draken tells Takemichi to get on his motorcycle to pursue them. Takemichi hesitates trying to preserve Hina's safety. Mikey tells Takemichi that he will take care of Hina and leaves the rest to him.
Draken and Takemichi continue the chase, thinking of all the deaths caused by Kisaki, Takemichi would stop him and put an end to it all. On Hanma's motorcycle, Kisaki begs him to drive fast, suddenly, Hanma loses control of the bike, throwing them to the ground.

On Hanma's motorcycle, Kisaki begs him to drive fast, suddenly, Hanma loses control of the bike, throwing them to the ground. As soon as he gets up, Kisaki is faced with Takemichi in front of him.
Takemichi says he finally caught him, Kisaki in response starts running away. As Takemichi would chase after him, the pain in his foot increases, causing him to fall. Draken holds him up, starting to run with Takemichi on his back. Draken remembers the moment when Takemichi saved him, saying that the roles have reversed. As they were running, Hanma appears attacking Draken, causing Takemichi to fall off his back. Draken tells Takemichi to leave this fight to him, leaving Takemichi to face Kisaki alone.
Takemichi, even with the pain in his foot, continues chasing Kisaki, where he enters a place, and as soon as he reaches it, he is hit in the head by a brick.
Battle[]
As soon as he receives the blow, in response, Takemichi attacks Kisaki with a punch. Kisaki, after receiving the blow, counter-strikes him with a punch, initiating a series of sequential blows between the two. Walking away after the exchange, Takemichi looks around, remembering that place. Then Kisaki punches him, telling Takemichi not to lose focus. In response to the blow he receives, Takemichi pushes him away, throwing him to the ground
He tells Kisaki to give up and accept his defeat. Saying that all he does is manipulate others, being unable to do anything by himself.
Dark Hero vs. Crybaby Hero[]
Opposing this, Kisaki blocks his punch, arguing that brute force does not lead to the top. Headbutting Takemichi, Kisaki explains that his perfect plan is the way to achieve his goals. As Takemichi leaps upon Kisaki, he asks if the "perfect plan" was intended to defeat him. They wrestle in the parking lot, with Kisaki ending up on top. He angrily says that he is supposed to be the "Dark Hero", explaining his various plans to get to the top of Toman, from killing Draken, to instigating Valhalla and Tenjiku to destroy Toman. Strangling Takemichi, Kisaki says that all his plans started perfectly, but there was someone who always ruined them.
Takemichi kicks Kisaki away, he says that this park is where Kisaki killed Hina in the future [1], confirming to Kisaki that he is a time leaper.
Perfect Plan[]
Suddenly, a scene depicting Kisaki and Hina appears in Takemichi's mind; meanwhile, Kisaki laughs upon Takemichi's confirmation of time-leaping. Takemichi asks what Kisaki's involvement with Hina is, as he killed Hina in every timeline. Hearing this, Kisaki solemnly says that he failed. Visualizing the future scene, Takemichi sees Kisaki proposing to Hina; however, she apologizes, turning him down. Before Takemichi can finish comprehending this, Kisaki points a gun at him, telling Takemichi that their fate ends now; however, he will tell Takemichi everything.
In the summer of their second year of middle school, Kisaki says he encountered Takemichi [2] and swore to become better than him and win over Hina. Kisaki's plan to become Japan's top delinquent required one important person: Mikey. After this, Kisaki approached Mikey, who processed the potential to become Japan's top delinquent; Kisaki saw him as the "perfect medium" to enable his own rise to the top. Kisaki's perfect plan spanned over ten years, with gaining Mikey's trust in a year, manipulating him over two years, dominating Tokyo over three years, and taking over Japan in four years. After this, Kisaki planned to propose to Hina.
Kisaki questions Takemichi as to why he has gotten in his way, asking how many times he has time-leaped. Takemichi begins to shed tears, saying that he had killed her for having his request rejected, Kisaki begins to stress as Takemichi continues to ask how many times he had killed her. Kisaki insists that Hina belonged to him. He continues to lament that Takemichi ends up with Hina; Kisaki believes he has done so much for her, not understanding why she would reject him. Although he admits that he respected Takemichi, Kisaki laments that he did not kill him sooner.
Takemichi in response kicks Kisaki's gun up, disarming him. As the gun falls to the ground, Takemichi holds it up, pointing the gun at Kisaki, saying that nothing should be like this, then telling Kisaki to die.
Meet his fate[]
Before Takemichi could shoot, Hina and Mikey appear, causing Kisaki to have a loophole to escape. While running, Takemichi chases after him saying that it is over and that his plans have been ruined. Kisaki shouts that Hinata would one day be his, Takemichi in response says that he wouldn't let that happen. Shouting that he wouldn't let him go back to the future. Kisaki stops and turns to Takemichi in the middle of the street, questioning if he still believes he is a time-leaper. Confused Takemichi asks if he isn't, at the moment of his answer, Kisaki is hit by a truck.
After he is struck by the truck, Kisaki lays in the intersection; when he tried to get up, his mangled body prevents him from doing so. Screaming at his agony and powerlessness, Kisaki says he does not want to die. As his body becomes motionless.
