Tokyo Manji Gang

Takemichi Hanagaki

As a child, Kisaki was very close friends with Hinata Tachibana. They attended the same cram school together. Because of his high intelligence, Kisaki was always at the top in terms of grades and tests. As a result, as other children alienated him, he became extremely isolated and lonely. However, Hinata was the only one who treated him like a human. Kisaki was very moved by her simplicity and gradually fell in love with her.

One day when Kisaki was returning home, he saw Hinata being bullied. However, instead of going to help her, he got scared and hid behind a wall, watching the scene unfold. Suddenly, Takemichi enters the fray, in combat with the attackers. Kisaki sees an expression on Hinata's face during Takemichi's display of bravery and realizes that she has fallen in love with him. This creates a deep hatred for Takemichi, whom he believes has stolen his love from Hinata. However, Takemichi saw this as a delusion, as he was almost about to kill Kisaki with the same gun that killed Izana and nearly killed Kakucho until Hina and Mikey stopped the former from being a murderer.

At a time when he planned to ruin Mikey's life and take Toman for himself as he did in the previous timelines' future failed, Kisaki reveals that he is not the other Time Leaper whom Takemichi is after. Around the same time when Kisaki died a karmic death of being hit by a truck, Takemichi express that they would have been friends and friendly rivals if Kisaki did not fall into a twisted path.

Following Takemichi's 20th Time Leap, where he and Mikey time leaped at the same time to 1998, Takemichi is able to prevent Kisaki from walking the darkest path where he became delusional for his crush on Hina in the previous timelines off-screen, by becoming his best friend and inviting him to be the 8th founding member of Toman.

Keisuke Baji

Kisaki was aware that Baji planned a plot to stop him, therefore, he considers Baji an obstacle and a threat to his ambition, so he managed to convince Kazutora to kill Baji. Baji is the first and only person Kisaki acknowledges as smarter and more cunning than him.

This hostility no longer occurs in the 20th Time Leap after Takemichi is able to prevent Kisaki's downfall from becoming a villain.

Moebius

Shuji Hanma

Kisaki met Hanma through Moebius and asked him to be his pawn, Hanma accepted and after that, he committed a series of crimes with Shuji as his right hand and confidant. Following Kisaki's death due to being accidentally hit by a truck while he was trying to escape from Takemichi, his friendship with Hanma was real, as Hanma himself is saddened by his death.

Nobutaka Osanai

Kisaki met Osanai at school and said he wanted to follow him but he would have to do what he told him coincidentally everything Kisaki told Osanai to do worked and with that Osanai became the leader of the 8th generation of Moebius so Osanai was a tool for the Kisaki get to Mikey.

Choji

Choji is Kisaki's lackey and henchman.

Tenjiku

Izana Kurokawa

Kisaki made an alliance with Izana because of their common goal which is to destroy Mikey and Toman, and took advantage of Izana's hatred towards Mikey to have power and an army to achieve his ambition. Unfortunately, everything failed when Mikey and Kakucho found his true plan, and Izana sacrificed his life to save Kakucho from being shot by Kisaki himself.

Others

Hinata Tachibana

Kisaki has always had a great crush on Hinata, but he never had the courage to tell her. After a while, he finds out that she likes Takemichi whose dream is to be the biggest delinquent and a hero in Japan. Kisaki takes it as ambition and triggers several events and becomes Tokyo's number 1 criminal but he still couldn't get Hina’s love so he organized her murder until his plan failed when it was exposed at the same time he suffered a karmic death of being hit by a vehicle that killed Hinata in previous timelines during Tenjiku arc.

Following Takemichi's 20th Time Leap, Kisaki's love-craze towards Hina has been prevented, when Takemichi befriends him off-screen.

Emma Sano

In order to hurt Mikey and weaken him before the fight between Toman and Tenjiku, Kisaki made a plan to leave him vulnerable. Therefore he went and killed Emma by giving her a direct blow to the head with a baseball bat.

This hostility no longer occurs in the 20th Time Leap, once Takemichi is able to befriend him and prevent him from falling into a path of villainy.

Shinichiro Sano

It turns out, Kisaki's path to delinquency lies back in Shinichiro's Second Time Leap. Although Shinichiro was not aware of Kisaki's presence, the latter was present when he saved both Takemichi and Hina from three Middle School delinquents, and Shinichiro transferred his former Time Leaping power to the young Takemichi, who then awakened his time-leap during his First Time Leap. It is unknown whether Kisaki figured out Shinichiro was a time leaper before Takemichi.

As Shinichiro is not a Time Leaper in the 20th Time Leap, Kisaki only met him sometime after he became apart of Toman, 11 years before Kisaki and his friends congratulate Takemichi and Hina's wedding.
