History[]
Yuzuha is the younger sister of Taiju and the older sister to Hakkai. Her elder brother often beat her and physically assaulted her growing up, while her younger brother tried to protect her. But in actuality she was protecting him; taking two hits for the price of one, so Hakkai could remain untouched.[1]
Plot[]
Black Dragon Arc[]
Yuzuha strives to protect her friends and family from her brother's violence, which is seen when she holds Hinata Tachibana back from helping Takemichi Hanagaki during the initial encounter with the Black Dragons.
She was freed from her duties of collecting the gang's cash intake by Mitsuya's bartering, but thought he may have manipulated her little brother into switching sides to grant her freedom.[2] Kisaki ended up manipulating her into stabbing Taiju whilst the latter sought freedom for her younger brother.
After the fight, she states that she see's Mitsuya as an older brother and has a crush on Takemichi, as he prevented her brother from succumbing to darkness and stopped her from killing Taiju.[3]
Bonten Arc[]
In the present, she manages Hakkai's modeling career.[4]
